In Milwaukee the Cubs extended their lead in the NL Central to 3-games after demolishing the 2nd place Brewers 7-1. Carlos Zambrano was outstanding for the Cubs firing 8 scoreless innings while only allowing 5 hits on the night.
Offensively it was a team effort for the Cubs…they pounded 15 hits in the win. First pitch for tonight’s game is set for 8:00.
