Cubs Drop Game 2 In Arizona

In the National League the Cubs have now lost 4 of their last 5 after dropping a 9-2 decision to the Arizona Diamondbacks Tuesday. Daryle Ward homered for the Cubs while Jason Marquis dropped to 6-6 with the loss.

With the loss the Cubs only lead the National League’s Central Division by a single game over the surging Milwaukee Brewers. Tonight the Cubs are back in Arizona for game 3 of their series with first pitch set for 9:40.
