WMU's Becky Horn Falls Short At Track And Field Finals

Western Michigan Bronco Track and Field Star Becky Horn failed to qualify for the 800M final at the United States Olympic Track and Field Finals in Eugene, Oregon.

Horn ran a 2:15.72 good for 6th in her semi-final heat, but just under 10 seconds shy of qualifying for one of the 8 Olympic Trials Final heat slots.

Horn finished the 2008 NCAA Track and Field season with a 3rd place finish at the NCAA Championships.

(Bronco Danielle Brown failed to qualify for Saturday 400M hurdle semi-finals falling out in the quarterfinal with a time of 58.74.)
