The Red Wings used a fantastic back check to kill a 5-on-3 late in the 3rd period to secure a 2-1 win over the Pittsburgh Penguins Saturday.
Jiri Hudler chipped in the game winner early in the 3rd on a solid effort at the blue line by Brad Stuart that richocheted onto Hudler's stick in front of Marc Andre-Fleury.
Nick Lidstrom scored the Red Wings only other goal of the night in period number 1. The win gives the Red Wings a 3-1 lead in the series heading into Monday's game 5 at Joe Louis Arena.
