Celtics Power Past Pistons For 2-1 Series Lead

By Sean Patrick

One game after stealing home court advantage, the Pistons got smoked at home by the Boston Celtics in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals last.

The Celtics hadn’t won a playoff game on the road but boy, did they make up for it with the 94-80 win. It was actually much worse than that – the Pistons were down by as much as 24.Chauncey Billups is still struggling with his hamstring injury; he had six points on 3-of-17 shooting.

Boston leads the series 2 games to 1 with Game 4 tipping off at the Palace tomorrow night at 8:30.
