It was an eerie scene at the Palace of Auburn Hills Tuesday as members of the Detroit Shock brawled with the Los Angeles Sparks in a scene somewhat reminiscent of the 2005 Basketbrawl between the Indiana Pacers and Detroit Pistons.
Players converged at Center court pushing and shoving before being broken up by referees and coaches. No word on if Bill Laimbeer landed any punches on Kevin McHale or Robert Parrish in the brawl.
