The Big Ten Football Conference coaches have all gathered in Chicago for Big Ten Media Day this week. On Thursday The Ohio State Buckeyes were selected as pre-season favorites to win the conference, with Wisconsin and Illinois coming in 2nd and 3rd respectively.
The Spartans open 2008 in Berkley, California for an 8pm kickoff with the California Bears. The Wolverines on the other hand open with Utah at the Big House for the 3:30 kickoff on ABC. Both the Spartans and Wolverines open August 30th.
